This October, Topgolf will make its debut in PGA TOUR 2K23, challenging players to take on their friends, test their skills – and use more than a little finesse – to earn high scores and claim bragging rights.
Featuring a true-to-life reproduction of the flagship Topgolf Las Vegas location, players will hit ten balls into a series of highlighted targets of different sizes and distances, earning points and MyPLAYER XP along the way.
Every ball counts, so club selection and control are essential to maximize scoring. Players can take on the Topgolf challenge alone or compete in groups of up to four in couch play or online multiplayer, including private matches and matchmaking, and an online leaderboard will show their standing against other competitors around the globe.
Topgolf and 2K’s partnership marks a franchise first and deepens the level of true-to-life golf culture present in PGA TOUR 2K23. Topgolf’s appeal to both casual players and seasoned golfers in a fun, social sports setting aligns with the PGA TOUR 2K experience that invites players of all skill levels to compete.
“Play is at the center of our venue experience,” said Geoff Cottrill, Chief Marketing Officer for Topgolf. “2K is an incredible brand, creating world class games, and there is no better partner to extend our experience into the console gaming world, as we provide yet another way to play modern golf.”
PGA TOUR 2K23 is available for pre-order now. Basketball legend Michael Jordan will be immediately playable at launch for players who pre-order any version of the PGA TOUR 2K23 Standard Edition or purchase the Deluxe Edition or Tiger Woods Edition. Jordan is included in the Michael Jordan Bonus Pack.
