iOS 18.1 developer beta: Messages
In the new version, messages have the “Smart Reply” option. This feature analyses the content and context and offers appropriate suggestions. Besides this, it also shows a summary of multiple message notifications on the lock screen. Summaries are available in Mail, Messages and more. Mail has a summarize button to show the summary of the email instead of showing the initial sentences. Mail also can show sensitive messages first in addition to a feature for smart replies. On Reader Mode, the articles can be summarized too. Users can record audio and get a transcript in addition to a summary of the transcript in Notes and other apps.
The phone has an option to record calls. Both the parties in a call get notified that the call is being recorded. The recorded phone calls are then saved in the notes app. You can view the transcript and generate a summary from the transcript.

The Apple iOS 18.1 beta makes you an editor. All you have to do is select text to access Writing Tools. You can proofread text for spelling and grammar, better vocabulary and sentence phrasing.
